The February open was won by Richard Stapleton of WTSC with Daniel Flemming of WTSC 2nd and Michael Madigan of RRPC 3rd. In a cruel twist of fate Dave Franklin of DURC missed out on first place overall due to a rifle malfunction during the final causing him to pull out after 5 shots.
